Johns Hopkins University Fall School Counselor Institute November 18, 2011 JHU Montgomery County campus in Rockville, Maryland Johns Hopkins University is holding its first Fall School Counselor Institute on Nov. 18, with the theme, "Closing Gaps and Increasing Opportunities for All Students and Communities."
